The Covid-19 virus has changed our landscape considerably. Sport is not physically accessible or visual on TV. However, at this time Netball players can work on some key components to help their transition back into performing well on the Netball court and minimising injury risk – whenever that may be.
During Level 3, take up the challenge to develop “Covid Core Control”, “Iso strength” and “Lockdown Fitness”. NetballSmart have developed some fun and Netball Specific programmes to assist you to prepare for the Netball season when it arrives.
Programme one focusses on Home based programmes combining running, biking and home-based circuit options.
Programme two provides some options for when you can extend your boundary a bit further and may be able to head to the court or park to do a Netball Specific Court-like Session. These sessions can be done in your bubble or by yourself.
