Landing from a jump and stopping, when driving down the court, is the game of Netball.

However, players can not necessarily execute these important skills well. In Netball, we know that landing poorly is closely related to injury.

Engage and learn the fundamentals of landing, how to transfer this skill into activities and then apply it to the game.
